Bank transfer via EFT only. Full bank and PayID details are shown after you place your order, and we dispatch as soon as funds clear (usually within 24 hours).

Yes. Every released batch is independently assayed and the COA is available on request via our contact form.

Compounds are lyophilized and shipped in temperature-stable packaging. Refer to your laboratory protocol for long-term storage.

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at info@elitepeps.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return at our discretion — please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only in cases where an order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect or faulty product that we are unable to replace. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for EFT orders) within 5–10 business days of approval. Change-of-mind purchases, ordering the wrong product, or items already opened are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted to info@elitepeps.com.au with your order number and supporting details.
